Interim Project Manager - Evidence Generation Systems
Client: Major Pharmaceuticals organisation
Rate: £350 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Location: West London (3 days onsite)
Duration: 12-month contract
A leading global biopharma organisation is seeking a Project Manager to drive the integration of complex data systems and support smarter, insight‑led decision making across Evidence Generation programmes.

Responsibilities
- Lead the integration and migration of multiple data sources into a unified tracking platform
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable delivery plans
- Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams, vendors, and leadership
- Be the subject matter expert (SME) for Evidence Generation systems, supporting ongoing enhancements and user needs
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Support and optimise use of planning tools for reporting and forecasting
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support
- Identify and implement analytics, AI, and BI solutions to enhance decision‑making
- Build strong partnerships with the Evidence Generation Team to continuously improve processes, systems, and ways of working
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management or data‑driven programme delivery
- Strong track record of stakeholder engagement and vendor management
- Experience with system implementation, data migration, or digital transformation
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data quality and governance
- Comfortable operating in complex, regulated, or cross‑functional environments
- Familiarity with Planisware or similar tools is a plus
