Position Purpose

Project Managers (PMs) lead the planning, development, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects from start to finish. They are responsible for managing the full project scope, budget, resources, and team to ensure successful project outcomes. Our Project Managers focus on delivering results aligned with our core philosophy: “Happy Client, Happy Team, At a Profit.”

In this role, PMs typically spend approximately 85% of their time managing active projects or supporting project bids, 10% contributing to organisational and departmental improvements, and 5% on continuing professional development. To support successful project delivery and collaboration with clients and teams, travel may be required for up to 30% of the role.
