Job Description:

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to support our Sales Enablement initiatives via data optimization, analytics, and workflow development across our sales tools. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about empowering sales teams with the right technology, insights, and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement Tools Management: Support the development and optimization of our platforms (e.g., Salesforce, lead management, sales intelligence, and engagement tools)
  • Data & Analytics: Work with various stakeholders and platforms to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and actionable insights
  • Process & Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and work cross-functionally to implement improvements that enhance productivity
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather and prioritize requirements from sales, leadership, and other go‑to‑market teams to enhance tool functionality and usability
  • Product Execution: Assist in defining and executing the roadmap for sales enablement tools, balancing innovation with regulatory/compliance requirements
  • User Training & Support: Support questions on data or sales processes, create documentation and support change management efforts
  • Market & Tool Research: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements to our sales tech stack

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 or more years of experience in product management, sales operations, business analytics, or a related field
  • Understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales enablement tools
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with data (e.g., dashboards, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau or Looker)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Familiarity with automation tools, integrations, or workflow automation
  • Experience in agile product management methodologies
  • Passion for leveraging technology to drive sales team success
