The All Island Institute of Public Health is seeking an experienced researcher with project management skills to lead the delivery of the Public Health Knowledge Hub (PHKH). This is a PEACEPLUS-funded project that will create an all-island public health data hub. The PEACEPLUS programme is managed by the Special EU Programmes Body(SEUPB). Reporting to the project oversight group, the project manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, implementation, and delivery of the objectives for this PEACEPLUS-funded project. The incumbent will oversee the delivery of the project, ensuring effective governance, data collation, collection and management, financial control, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires significant experience in quantitative data, survey design, data management, and analysis to ensure the robustness and integrity of the PHKH. The postholder will ensure full compliance with PEACEPLUS and SEUPB requirements and will work closely with the partners and stakeholders to deliver on this project. Demonstrable experience managing or supporting data-driven research projects. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-border and multidisciplinary environment Experience in day-to-day financial administration and budget management.
