The work
- Lead the commercial management of complex sub-contracts from initial tender through to final account.
- Produce accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts, and contract budget documentation for major civil works.
- Identify and manage contractual risks and opportunities to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Liaise directly with project management, engineering, and client teams to ensure full contract compliance.
- Maintain rigorous cost control and manage change control processes within a fast-paced environment.
What you bring
- Proven background in heavy civil engineering or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Capability to manage package delivery rather than just close-outs or minor sub-contracts.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive for continuous professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a joint venture environment.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data tools is advantageous.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence technical and commercial stakeholders.
What you will need
- Valid right to work in the UK.
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or four years of equivalent industry experience.
- Essential experience in NEC contract management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for commercial reporting.
- Major project experience is essential for those applying at Senior level

Where you will work
The roles can be based in locations across West London. The working pattern is a fixed hybrid model of three days in the office and two days on site.
