Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Project Manager to support our regional operations and sales team, as well as deploying marketing assets in the North.
What you’ll do:
- Deploy our marketing assets to support renewals, tender activity and client engagement.
- Work closely with operations to identify opportunities and ensure brand consistency
- Lead and support new business mobilisation projects, ensuring seamless delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams (Operations, HR, Food, H&S, Procurement) to ensure smooth execution
- Develop detailed project plans, manage milestones, and oversee structured handovers to operational teams
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing resources, budgets, and timelines effectively
- Utilise project management tools to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and maintain stakeholder communication
- Identify, scope, and execute local marketing opportunities in collaboration with operations teams
- Ensure all regional marketing activity remains fully brand compliant and strategically aligned
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar project role with a focus on the marketing side
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Confidence supporting tenders and proposals
- Flexible, organised and a strong team player
- Ability to travel when required
