Working with world‑class brands as a Regional Business Development Manager, you will take responsibility for driving corporate and fleet sales growth across your region, delivering outstanding and trusted experiences for our customers.
In this field‑based role, you’ll proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, build long‑term relationships with SME and large fleet customers, and represent the Volkswagen brand with professionalism and credibility at every touchpoint.

What you’ll do day to day
- Develop integrated fleet sales solutions for SME and large corporate customers across your region
- Proactively prospect and develop new fleet opportunities, maximising business potential and customer retention
- Manage relationships professionally to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Represent Group 1 and Volkswagen in a professional and credible manner at all times
- Prepare and present finance quotations and proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Ensure all activity complies with FCA regulations and maintain regulated status
- Ensure compliance with Data Protection and GDPR standards when handling customer data
- Work collaboratively with OEM, lease company partners, marketing, and internal teams
Helpful skills and qualifications

- Proven success in a B2B sales environment, ideally within corporate automotive or fleet
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and develop long‑term commercial relationships
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a regional, field‑based territory
- Excellent communication, listening, and stakeholder engagement skills
- High levels of professionalism, commercial awareness, and self‑motivation
- Full UK driving licence essential
