Administration Officer

Location: HMP Winchester, Romsey Rd, Winchester. SO22 5DF

Salary: £32,353.57 per annum (includes £3,500 location bonus per annum)

Contract: Full Time – Permanent – 39 hrs per week – Mon‑Fri

We are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team at HMP Winchester, a Category B, adult, male prison. Key Qualifications

  • Experience in using a variety of IT systems, including CAFM
  • Experience in a busy office environment
  • Experience working without supervision
  • Knowledge of IT systems
  • Up‑to‑date First Aid qualification
  • Strong administrative experience

Future Plans

GFSL has been notified by its shareholder (MOJ) that the provision of FM services will, in future, be delivered by the private sector. Following a successful procurement process, GFSL’s services will transfer to a private sector provider/providers no sooner than August 2027.
