Temporary Project Manager – Ringwood – £28,000 – £30,000

We are seeking an organised and proactive Temporary Project Manager to support the consolidation of two office spaces into a single, unified location for our client based in Ringwood. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong coordination, communication, and administrative skills to ensure the smooth delivery of the project within agreed timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities of Temporary Project Manager

Project Management & Coordination

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the office consolidation project
  • Liaise with contractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to coordinate workstreams
  • Obtain and compare quotes, ensuring cost‑effective solutions
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Monitor progress and resolve any issues or delays proactively
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external contractors
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status

Administrative Support

  • Support general administrative tasks related to the project
  • Update and maintain company policy documents as required
  • Distribute documentation to staff, ensuring completion within agreed timeframes
  • Track responses and follow up where necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and project documentation

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in project coordination or project management
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience liaising with contractors or external suppliers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Good administrative and documentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Additional Information

  • This is an ongoing temporary role with an immediate start required
  • The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
  • Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
