Production Operative

Production Operative Location Carnalbanagh Road, Broughshane. Contract Full time on a shift system – permanent. Moores Animal Feeds Ltd is a well-established company in the animal feed industry located in the scenic Braid Valley, known for delivering high-quality products to a wide customer base across Northern Ireland. We are now looking for a skilled Production Operative to join our dedicated team. As a Production Operative you will undertake a skilled role covering the entire production process, striving to achieve optimum levels of both product quality and plant efficiency Desirable Criteria: 2 years experience working within a fast-moving production environment Previous experience working with computer-controlled manufacturing plant A basic understanding of plant engineering An up-to-date forklift licence The fast-moving nature of the production environment necessitates the ability to work independently and within a team, while also liaising with management and colleagues in order to meet deadlines. You will therefore need to have excellent communication skills and a readiness to use initiative. The role requires the ability to work flexibly, pay attention to detail, and have a willingness to work overtime as required.
