Country Manager – Specification Sales Territory: Ireland Salary: Up to £65,000 + £10,000 Bonus | £600 p/m Car Allowance | Pension THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established international manufacturer with a strong brand presence across the construction sector. Known for their high-quality, design-led products, they work closely with architects, designers and commercial partners on premium projects across Europe. With significant growth plans for Ireland, they are now looking to appoint a Country Manager to take full ownership of the market and drive expansion. THE ROLE: This is a highly autonomous, strategic sales role, where you will be responsible for growing the Irish market. Initially, the focus will be heavily weighted towards new business development, building relationships and winning specifications across the construction sector. Over time, as the business grows, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own team, shaping the future of the brand in Ireland. You will be selling a range of specialist interior finishing products for kitchens and bathrooms, engaging with architects, interior designers, developers, merchants and end users. This is a specification-led sales process, working on projects from early design stages through to completion, requiring strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders. THE PERSON: We are looking for a proven specification sales professional with experience in the interiors sector. The ideal candidate will have: * A strong background in specification sales, working with architects and interior designers * Experience within interior finishing products (kitchens, bathrooms, surfaces, fittings, etc.) * A track record of developing new business and growing a territory * Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage long sales cycles * The ambition and capability to step into a future leadership role * A professional, driven and self-sufficient approach This is not suited to candidates from external building envelope products – experience within interior finishes is essential.
