The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor – Fabrication to oversee day-to-day fabrication operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on maintaining quality standards, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting team development within a busy manufacturing environment.





Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily fabrication activities to ensure safe and efficient production output

  • Plan and monitor workflows to minimise downtime and maintain consistent throughput

  • Maintain high welding quality standards across all fabrication work

  • Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, fit-up and overall quality

  • Train, coach and support team members to improve skills and performance

  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new fabrication staff

  • Oversee correct use and maintenance of jigs and fixtures for consistent output

  • Collaborate with management to resolve production issues and drive improvements

  • Promote strong health & safety practices and good housekeeping standards





About You

  • Proven experience within fabrication or a manufacturing environment

  • Strong understanding of welding quality and fabrication standards

  • Practical knowledge of production workflows and process improvement

  • Ability to lead by example in a hands-on role

  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
