F&B Assistant – Project A – RoofTop Bar & Restaurant – Bloomsbury, London Role: F&B Assistant – Rooftop Bar at The Imperial (New Opening Hotel) Location: Bloomsbury, London 40 hours (5 Days out of 7 Days weekly rota) This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio. ‘Project A’ is the new destination rooftop bar – this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London. About the Role: We’re looking for friendly, adaptable Food & Beverage Assistants to support service across restaurants and bars. You’ll help deliver warm, efficient hospitality while supporting a dynamic team. What You’ll Be Doing: Take orders, serve food and drinks, and support guest needs. Prepare beverages, light food items and pastries. Clear and clean service areas and assist with events setup. Handle cash and operate tills accurately. Who You Are: Customer focused with good face to face service skills. Confident communicator with good spoken English. Flexible, reliable and comfortable in busy environments.
