Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain a strong sales pipeline Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated and effective sales approach Develop and implement regional sales plans, targeting key accounts and smaller customers Conduct prospecting activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn Plan and manage customer visits and sales trips effectively Proven experience in B2B technical sales with strong commercial awareness Ability to adopt both consultative and transactional sales approaches Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays Full UK driving licence required This organisation is a long-established UK-based manufacturer with a global presence, specialising in innovative industrial equipment and solutions.
