An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic individual to join an IT Support company as an Information Communication Technician (ICT) Level 3 Apprentice. This role based in the West Midlands, is ideal for someone passionate about IT, eager to develop technical skills, and ready to support the digital operations of a growing business. Duties * Provide first-line technical support to staff and end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems * Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, mobile devices, and printers * Support the management and deployment of operating systems and application software * Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and telephony systems * Assist with cyber security tasks and participating in IT security awareness initiatives * Handle data backup and recovery procedures * Create and update technical documentation and user guides * Deliver excellent customer service both in-person and remotely * Collaborate with IT colleagues and other departments to solve problems and improve services CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Independent skills * Team work skills * Organisational skills * Good written and oral communication skills * Self-Motivated
