Training Manager (Construction Engineering)

In House Training Manager Belfast (with some UK travel) Well-established Construction Business Over the last three decades the business has been delivering construction installation across the UK without the usual industry drama. UK Airports live. Complex fit-outs. Mission Critical works. None of that happens without proper people. And proper people need proper training. That’s where you come in. What you’ll actually do: Run internal training programmes for construction folk who’d rather be on site than in a classroom (you up for a challenge?) Manage a budget like it’s your own money (but it’s not, so slightly looser) Represent the company at career eventswithout the cringe sales pitch Track progress, assess training program, and generally make sure nobody’s wasting anyone’s time What you bring: Recruitment or training experience in construction (ideal but not rigid) Budget sense and basic HR software competence Presentation skills that don’t put people to sleep A postgraduate qualification is nice.
