    Job Description

    The Property Litigation Solicitor will be:* Handling a varied caseload of property litigation matters including asset management disputes* Managing dilapidation’s claims, rights of light and rights of way issues* Advising on restrictive covenants and complex land disputes* Acting for major developers, investment funds and public sector clients* Providing clients with strategic advice on risk and dispute resolution* Working closely with colleagues across a national property disputes team* Managing cases from inception through to resolution* Building strong client relationships and delivering a high-quality service

    The Successful Applicant

    The Property Litigation Solicitor should be:* A solicitor ideally with 2-5 years PQE* Experienced in property litigation or commercial real estate disputes* Commercially aware with strong analytical skills* Confident managing a varied caseload* A strong communicator with excellent client-facing ability
