VANRATH have partnered with one of Northern Ireland’s most established Car dealerships. The organisation is recruiting a Service Advisor position. This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression. Permanent role. Monday – Friday position. Place of work is Belfast ( Boucher ) Salary £27,500 – £32,000 + Fantastic benefits, company pension scheme, 25 days holidays + Stats & Real Progression Opportunities. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively within a team to manage all incoming calls and emails, both internal and external. Liaise effectively with manufacturers. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle details, repairs, and movements. Approve mechanical repairs and coordinate with service providers to ensure vehicles remain safe and roadworthy. Organise, authorise, and oversee rental bookings, including handling damages and fines. Process Road Fund Licences (RFL), MOTs, and PCNs. Prepare and manage invoices and recharges. Generate weekly and monthly reports.
