Expert Construction welcome applications from suitably qualified Site Supervisor for this vacancy which will be based exclusively within the Derry City / North Donegal areas .This Main Contractor have a number of projects due to come to site and require a Supervisor with an excellent pedigree and the drive and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget.
Projects: Social Housing & NIHE. Extensions, structural alterations, full refurbishments and new builds.
Package around £40,000 – £45,000 plus van, mobile & laptop
Duties to include:
- Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget
- Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff
- Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies
- Health & Safety / Risk assessments
- Weekly reports to Contract Management
- accurate record keeping
Key skills:
- 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing / NIHE projects.
- High level of finishing
- First Aid qualification
- Strict Health & Safety
- CSR Gold Card desirable
- Experience of bringing a Site from green field through to handover
