As Financial Controller, you will play a central role within both the finance function and wider leadership team. You will lead and develop a small team, partner with senior stakeholders across the business, and contribute to shaping financial strategy and decision-making. This position offers genuine influence in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
This is an office based position, Mon-Fri.

- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to influence performance
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and systems
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (e.g. ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Solid technical expertise in financial reporting, controls, and compliance
- Excellent analytical skills
- Confident communicator and capable of influencing stakeholders
