GENERAL MANAGER

Core Responsibilities

• Staff management: Hiring, training, scheduling stylists and assistants
• Set monthly targets (revenue, customers, sales)
• Monitor profit, costs, and performance
• Customer service: Handling bookings, complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Operations: Overseeing daily salon flow, cleanliness, and service quality
• Sales & revenue: Managing pricing, promotions, retail product sales
• Inventory control: Ordering hair products, tools, and supplies
• Financials: Tracking expenses, budgets, and profits

Key Skills

• Organization and multitasking
• accounting or business knowledge
• Knowledge of hair services and trends
• Knowledge of hair services (cut, color, rebonding, perm)
• Ability to handle stress during peak hours
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Must be able to communicate Myanmar Language is added advantage

Work Environment

• Most of the customer are Myanmar speaking
• Every Sat and Sunday very crowded area
• Often involves weekends and long hours
• Requires being on-site most of the time
• one week one day off, must work on Sunday
