Core Responsibilities
- Staff management: Hiring, training, scheduling stylists and assistants
- Set monthly targets (revenue, customers, sales)
- Monitor profit, costs, and performance
- Customer service: Handling bookings, complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Operations: Overseeing daily salon flow, cleanliness, and service quality
- Sales & revenue: Managing pricing, promotions, retail product sales
- Inventory control: Ordering hair products, tools, and supplies
- Financials: Tracking expenses, budgets, and profits
Key Skills
- Organization and multitasking
- accounting or business knowledge
- Knowledge of hair services and trends
- Knowledge of hair services (cut, color, rebonding, perm)
- Ability to handle stress during peak hours
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Must be able to communicate Myanmar Language is added advantage
Work Environment
- Most of the customer are Myanmar speaking
- Every Sat and Sunday very crowded area
- Often involves weekends and long hours
- Requires being on-site most of the time
- one week one day off, must work on Sunday
