You will play a key role in shaping client strategy, leading complex projects, and driving high-quality service delivery.
The Role
- Lead strategic consulting advice across Healthcare and Health-related benefits
- Manage and develop senior client relationships at decision‑maker level
- Oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring quality and commercial successLead and mentor high‑performing teams, supporting development and engagement
- Contribute to business development activity, including new client acquisition and RFPs
- Support the development of innovative solutions and thought leadership

- In depth and strong technical expertise across UK Health benefits
- Proven experience operating in a client‑facing, consultative role
- Strong commercial awareness with experience contributing to revenue growth
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
