Health & Benefits Consulting Director

This is a senior, client-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor to large corporate clients, supporting the design, financing, and delivery of healthcare and broader health-related benefit programmes. You will play a key role in shaping client strategy, leading complex projects, and driving high-quality service delivery.

The Role

• Lead strategic consulting advice across Healthcare and Health-related benefits
• Manage and develop senior client relationships at decision‑maker level
• Oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring quality and commercial successLead and mentor high‑performing teams, supporting development and engagement
• Contribute to business development activity, including new client acquisition and RFPs
• Support the development of innovative solutions and thought leadership

• In depth and strong technical expertise across UK Health benefits
• Proven experience operating in a client‑facing, consultative role
• Strong commercial awareness with experience contributing to revenue growth
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
