ABOUT THE CLIENT

Due to continued growth, we’re working with an established organisation looking to appoint a Head of Digital to lead and evolve their digital offering. This is a key leadership role, sitting within the senior leadership team and playing a central part in driving both client success and commercial performance.

You’ll take full ownership of the Digital function, leading strategy across all digital disciplines while ensuring strong commercial performance. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on expertise, requiring someone who can inspire a team, influence at senior level, and drive innovation.

You’ll work closely with clients to translate business objectives into scalable digital strategies, while also supporting new business opportunities and growth. Internally, you’ll build and develop a high‑performing team, embedding best practice across delivery, planning, and reporting.

  • Proven experience in a senior digital leadership role
  • Strong background across performance channels (Paid Media, SEO, E-commerce, Analytics)
  • Demonstrable experience building and leading high‑performing teams
  • Experience working across B2C client environments
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing profitability and forecasting
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging at senior and board level
  • Experience working within agency environments preferred
  • Ability to operate across hybrid, multi-location teams
