Parts Sales Centre Manager at Motus Commercials
Location: Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17.30pm
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 plus bonus

- Parts Sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- People management skills
- Customer service skills
- DAF experience (bonus but not essential)
What will you be doing
- Managing and maintaining the smooth running of the department
- Managing daily/monthly parts sales performance
- Leading, coaching and developing parts advisors
- Driving proactive outbound sales activity
- Working with Parts Managers and Operational teams to achieve leading standards
