Parts Sales Centre Manager at Motus Commercials

Location: Manchester

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 17.30pm

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 plus bonus

  • Parts Sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • People management skills

  • DAF experience (bonus but not essential)

What will you be doing

  • Managing and maintaining the smooth running of the department
  • Managing daily/monthly parts sales performance
  • Leading, coaching and developing parts advisors
  • Driving proactive outbound sales activity
  • Working with Parts Managers and Operational teams to achieve leading standards
