Job Description

The Senior Director, Head of Crypto – Europe will lead Visa’s regional strategy and execution across crypto‑related partnerships, products, and go‑to‑market initiatives. This role is responsible for building and scaling Visa’s crypto business across Europe by engaging with leading global and regional crypto platforms, fintechs, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners. The role sits within Visa Europe’s Growth Products & Partnerships organization and combines strategic partnership leadership, commercial execution, product enablement, and thought leadership. The Senior Director will act as Visa’s regional subject‑matter expert on crypto, oversee a team of crypto sales and product specialists, and lead the center of excellence for crypto initiatives in support of local market teams.
