A leading Renewables Investment Manager are looking to bring in a Manager or Senior Manager within Fund Finance to oversee one of their largest funds.
This role is replacing an experienced Senior Manager who has left the business and they are open to someone coming in at either Manager or Senior Manager level.
One of the key aspects of the role is your relationship with the Fund Manager who you will work closely with, especially on things like acquisitions, disposals, refinanciangs etc.
You will manage one junior team member, who will do the more repetitive tasks, and you will manage the relationship with the outsourced administrator too.
You will have ownership for the reporting of the fund and presenting on the Fund performance in Board Meetings too.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate fund annual & interim reporting, including ownership of the audit process end-to-end
- Oversee and challenge NAV production — reviewing NAV packs, reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Manage debt compliance and reporting across long-term facilities and an RCF, including covenant calculations and lender reporting
- Drive robust cash forecasting aligned to asset distributions, capex, and operating costs
- Serve as the primary contact for fund administrator and key service providers (tax, valuation, company secretary)
- Provide Board, Audit Committee and management reporting support, plus ad hoc financial analysis for fund managers
The ideal candidate for this role will have infrastructure or energy funds experience but they are open on asset class experience for the right person.
