Role Description
As the Head of Pre-Litigation, you will oversee and lead the pre-litigation team, ensuring the efficient management and resolution of personal injury claims.
Responsibilities include supervising a team of legal professionals, providing legal advice, implementing strategies for successful client outcomes, and ensuring compliance with SRA regulations.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor or legal professional – 4 years PQE
- Experience of pre-litigated claims
- Proven leadership and team management skills desirable but not essential
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and deal with several actions / cases simultaneously under pressure
- Ability to assimilate and apply new skills when required
