Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Director to lead HIVED’s commercial growth by managing a high‑performing sales team, driving revenue, and onboarding new shippers. You’ll work closely with internal teams, including Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Tech, Operations and Finance, to define processes, assign territories and targets, and ensure the team has everything needed to win. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, directly impacting HIVED’s growth trajectory.
