We are seeking a commercially astute, brand-obsessed Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of global growth. You will shape a distinctive, elevated brand narrative that moves beyond functionality into aspiration, desirability, and cultural relevance, with the ability to scale consistently across regions.

As Head of Marketing, you will own and elevate the brand across all consumer touchpoints globally, ensuring a consistently premium and differentiated experience across markets. You will define and execute a strategy that positions the brand as a leader in design, innovation, and desirability within the global consumer durables space.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining and owning a globally scalable premium brand positioning that reflects design excellence, innovation, and quality
- Crafting a refined and compelling global brand narrative that elevates functional products into aspirational must-haves
- Leading best-in-class integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, and experiential channels across key international markets
- Creating world-class product storytelling that showcases craftsmanship, performance, and innovation
- Driving high-impact global go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring cut-through in competitive categories
- Elevating the brand experience across all touchpoints, including eCommerce, retail environments, and packaging across regions
- Driving demand generation across both DTC and premium retail/partner channels globally
- Ensuring brand consistency while allowing for local market nuance and cultural relevance
- Leveraging data and insights to optimise performance while protecting brand equity
- Building and leading a high-performing, entrepreneurial global marketing team
- Collaborating closely with product, design, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on growth and brand vision
- Managing budgets with a focus on both brand building and sustainable, profitable global growth
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an exceptional global brand builder with a proven track record in launching and scaling premium, design-led challenger brands across multiple markets within consumer durables or adjacent categories.
- Demonstrated success in building premium, aspirational brands on an international scale
- Strong experience translating technical product features into emotionally compelling, design-led narratives
- A track record of delivering standout global product launches that drive both brand heat and commercial success
- Experience developing globally consistent brand platforms with effective local market adaptation
- Deep understanding of premium brand building, including visual identity, tone of voice, and end-to-end consumer experience
- Experience operating across omnichannel environments, including DTC and premium retail internationally
- A highly entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Strong commercial acumen, balancing brand elevation with revenue delivery across markets
- Analytical capability, using data to inform decisions without compromising creativity
- Experience building and leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
