We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a ground source heat pump (GSHP) installation programme across occupied social housing tower blocks in Paisley.
This role requires a strong background in social housing refurbishment, mechanical & electrical (M&E) installations, and resident-facing construction environments, with a particular focus on decarbonisation and renewable heating systems.
You will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent communication with residents and stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on social housing projects (essential).
- Strong track record delivering M&E or renewable energy installations (GSHP/ASHP preferred).
- Experience working in occupied residential environments.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations (CDM).
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex logistics in constrained sites.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications & Certifications
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – essential
- CSCS Card (Black/Gold) – essential
- First Aid at Work – essential
