Healf has built a rare platform: half a million customers and 100+ brands across a supply chain that spans borders, powering the website, app, Healf Zone, and more. Clean data is the foundation that keeps all of this running.
Why this role is Healf
Master data is a commercial function at Healf. The product database sits at the centre of how we operate – feeding the website, Helix, Healf Zone, and every downstream customer‑facing interaction. When it is clean, accurate, and governed, everything downstream runs smoothly. When it isn’t, failures multiply. The scale and internationalisation of Healf make this urgent. You will report directly to the COO and shape the data that powers the next growth phase.
What you will own
- Healf’s master data end to end – source data quality, governance, and structure from supplier intake through to analytics.
- The product data operating model – formalise ownership, SLAs, escalation paths across teams that touch product data.
- The data quality infrastructure – live dashboards tracking quality, onboarding performance, and compliance indicators.
- The PIM architecture for international growth – map systems and product data flows across markets and ensure operational data is translatable and compliant for each new country.
- The systems map – understand and map how data moves from supplier intake to every downstream output, identify failures, and build resilient architecture.
