About the Role
Responsibility for selling and supporting instrumentation solutions across process industries, including oil & gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, water treatment, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to achieving sales target and increased market shares
- Conduct customer visits, sales pitches, and product presentations
- Ensure sales visibility through adoption of CRM, project pursuit list, weekly sales reporting
- Align and link business strategies set by company
- Achieve revenue and profit targets with build and maintain customer relationships
- Provide pre- and post-sales support with internal teams
- Prepare quotations (ERPLN) and manage follow-ups
- Track quotation status, forecasts, and ensure clean order processing
- Conduct market analysis and report insights
- Ensure ISO-compliant documentationSupport ad-hoc projects and stay updated on industry trends
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Chemical, etc.)
- 3–5 years’ experience in industrial sales (instrumentation, valves, automation, or similar)
- Experience in MNC/matrix environments with relevant industry
- Strong closing and negotiation ability
- Industry network and project experience are advantages
- Familiar with CRM, ERPLN, and Microsoft Office
