Shift work based on 12 hour days and nights.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out electrical repairs and preventative maintenance to high standards
- Performing breakdown diagnostics, fault finding, and installations
- Conducting electrical testing, inspections, and control panel modifications
- Supporting mechanical tasks where needed due to integrated technologies
- Logging work accurately using internal maintenance systems
- Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety best practices
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Electrical breakdowns, maintenance & installation
- Fault finding and investigation
- Control panel modification
- 3-phase systems, safety circuits, motor testing
- Inverter drives, 4-20 mA signals
Desirable Skills
- PLC inputs/outputs, SCADA & network fault-finding
- Emergency lighting systems
- 11kv switching and diagnostics
- CCTV maintenance
- Mechanical systems: augers, conveyors, gearboxes, pneumatics, valves
- Computer literacy
