The Business Operations Manager role sits at the heart of how Opencast works. It offers the chance to shape our hybrid working environments, strengthen health & safety, and improve the everyday experience for employees and visitors across the organisation.
Reporting to theDirector of IT and Operations, this role combines strategic influence with practical impact, in a supportive and people‑first culture.

Experience that would support success in this role includes:
£44,000 - £59,000

Because of the nature of this role, you'll work will primarily be full time at our wonderful office in Hoults Yard, Newcastle‑upon‑Tyne. There will be occasional travel between our hub locations.
