What you’ll do
- Manage project costs across the full lifecycle to ensure delivery on time and within budget
- Oversee cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Administer contracts and manage variations and change events
- Manage subcontractor accounts, including procurement, payments, and final accounts
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
- Work closely with project teams to support successful project delivery
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a QS role within construction, engineering, or utilities
- Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Working towards or holding professional accreditation (RICS/CICES)
