You will manage the Power Hour mentoring programme, a flagship initiative that provides final‑year students with a structured, one‑hour mentoring experience. The role combines programme management, workshop facilitation, student triage, mentor coordination, stakeholder engagement, data tracking and quality assurance. You will work closely with the Mentoring team and The 1 Hour Project to deliver the programme efficiently, inclusively and at scale, contributing to the university’s mentoring and employability ambitions.
You are organised, proactive and confident, thriving in a delivery‑focused environment. You have experience in mentoring, employability or student engagement programmes, strong stakeholder‑management skills and a commitment to widening access to opportunity. You can facilitate engaging workshops, support students one‑to‑one and coordinate external partners and use data to evidence impact and drive improvement.
You are highly organised, people‑focused and driven by impact. You enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, building relationships and creating meaningful opportunities for students to connect with mentors and industry. A genuine passion for student success, employability and widening participation is essential.
