Fund monitoring Surveyor – North Yorkshire – All experience levels considered – hybrid working
My client are an established independent, stable and close knit team of around ten monitoring / QS professionals who are committed to delivering a quality service for their customers.
Depending on your experience and preferences, the position would mainly be focused on providing fund monitoring services overseeing residential development work (approx. £400k – £7 million project GDV). Project management exp. would be advantageous but not a requirement.
They have larger aspirations for the next ten years which the Director will be happy to speak about but as with any growing business, progression opportunities are likely to occur for those wanting this in the coming years.
They will consider MRICS or those currently in progress with their APC. They are able to consider day rates contract work or salaried employment.
Areas of committed focus:
- RICS Valuation Surveyors(UK wide)- Short & longer form format, private and secured lending, all sectors.
- RICS Residential Building Surveyors (UK wide) – L2 & L3 reporting.
Areas we are also able to assist with:
- RICS General Practice Surveyors (UK wide).
- RICS Building Surveyors (UK wide).
