We’re working with a growing software business. They’re hiring an Application Support specialist to join a technical support function that handles everything from daily incident resolution through to full-scale project delivery.
What the role involves
You’ll be providing application support across a suite of products, troubleshooting software issues, working closely with infrastructure and development teams on complex problems, supporting software installations and configuration across internal and customer environments and maintaining system documentation.
It’s a varied role with a shift pattern which we can explain in more detail upon application.
What they’re looking for
- Strong experience in software deployment and customer-facing support
- SQL and MySQL knowledge
- Experience with system monitoring solutions
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- PowerShell, AWS, Linux as a bonus
