We are working with a boutique, design‑led developer who are growing their in‑house architecture team and are looking for a talented Senior Architect to join their London studio. With a strong pipeline of housing‑led schemes, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a newly established team, contributing across all stages of the design and delivery process.

This role would suit a Senior Architect with a passion for design‑led housing projects and a collaborative approach. You will contribute to concept development, planning and delivery, while helping shape the direction and growth of the team.

This is a great opportunity to join a company in an exciting growth phase, allowing you to make a meaningful impact and contribute to its ambitious vision. The role is studio‑based, with full‑time office attendance (5 days a week), and comes with a competitive benefits package including an annual bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and contribute to housing projects across all RIBA stages (0–7)
  • Support concept design and planning strategies for successful applications
  • Develop design solutions in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and contractors
  • Produce high‑quality drawing packages for planning, tender and construction
  • Oversee site stages and ensure design intent is delivered on site
Key Skills / Requirements:
  • ARB registered Architect with 5+ years’ experience
  • Strong experience delivering UK housing projects across multiple stages
  • Excellent design and technical knowledge with strong attention to detail
  • Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams
