We’re working with a leading organisation delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes across critical public services. They are currently seeking a Solution Architect to join a high-impact ServiceNow programme.

This Solution Architect role will play a key part in the rollout of Now Assist, working closely with business and technical teams to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

The Role

Solution Architect, you will act as a subject matter expert within ServiceNow, translating business requirements into robust, scalable solutions while guiding technical teams and ensuring best practices across the platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead design and architecture for ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on HAM & SAM
  • Own technical requirements and oversee end-to-end solution delivery
  • Provide governance across the ServiceNow platform, ensuring coding standards and quality
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues and technical blockers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to drive key decisions

About You

  • Strong experience as a Solution Architect within ServiceNow environments
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow HAM & SAM modules
  • Proven ability to design scalable solutions and produce high‑level design documentation
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross‑functional teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non‑technical stakeholders
