SC Cleared Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote. Duration: 12 months with possible extension. Rate: Up to £550 per day via an approved umbrella company. Must be willing and eligible to go through the SC Clearance process.
Our client, a reputable organisation in the IT sector, is hiring for a skilled SC Cleared Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic team on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high‑profile projects remotely, supporting critical infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and customising Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Designing and implementing Salesforce architecture, including data models, workflows, and business processes.
- Configuring Salesforce environments, including setup, integrations, and customisations.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and debugging code to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions aligned with business needs.
- Participating in Agile development cycles and contributing to continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
- Proficiency in Java, Apex, and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, setup, and integrations.
- Proven problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Minimum of 5 years of unbroken UK residency.
Nice To Have
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), Einstein, and AI features.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Technical Architect).
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices.
