Job Description:

A leading technology services organisation is looking for a Network Solutions Architect to support the design and delivery of complex network and security solutions across a diverse customer base. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to shape solutions that align with customer needs and business outcomes.

You will act as a senior technical authority throughout the sales lifecycle, translating requirements into scalable, secure, and commercially viable solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with sales teams to support new and existing customer opportunities
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and define solution requirements
  • Design and present network and security architectures across multi-vendor environments
  • Support bids, tenders, and customer-facing proposals
  • Provide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle
  • Contribute to pricing, commercial modelling, and solution governance
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a pre‑sales, solution architect, or technical consulting role within a managed services or network environment
  • Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies across enterprise environments
  • Experience working with multi-vendor solutions (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Meraki)
  • Ability to design and articulate end‑to‑end infrastructure solutions
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on driving revenue and growth
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • A proactive, customer‑focused approach
