As an ECT, you will work across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, gaining hands‑on experience in lesson planning, classroom management and teaching techniques. The successful applicant will have:
- PGCE qualification (or equivalent), with QTS pending
- Passion for teaching and a desire to inspire students
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively
- Willingness to learn and grow as an educator
- Classroom management skills (support will be provided to help you strengthen these)
