We’re on the lookout for a driven, people‑obsessed Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our powerhouse sales team, specialising in temporary placements across the commercial sector. What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients who love working with us
- Hunting down new business opportunities and turning them into long‑term wins
- Getting stuck into the full sales cycle—cold calls, emails, door knocks, pitches, and more
- Running the full 360 desk: sourcing, screening, and placing top commercial talent
- Delivering exceptional service in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment
- Managing and supporting temporary workers with smooth onboarding and full compliance
- Owning and growing existing accounts with regular business reviews
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of 360 recruitment experience, ideally within commercial or office support (other backgrounds/verticals will be considered)
- A proven track record of winning new clients and boosting revenue
- A confident communicator who builds rapport effortlessly
- Resilient, organised, target‑driven and thrives under pressure
- A true team player who brings energy, positivity and ambition
Hours
Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (flexibility can be discussed)
