About the Role: Air Conditioning Engineer

Our client is a leading HVAC company with a reputation for delivering high‑quality air conditioning solutions to commercial clients. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for experienced Air Conditioning Engineers to join their team on a full‑time, permanent basis.

These roles offer a mix of installation, service, and maintenance across a range of air conditioning systems, with excellent support, training, and progression opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning systems
• Fault‑finding and repairs on site
• Working on a range of commercial client sites
• Communicating with clients and reporting to the office team
• Completing documentation accurately

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
• F‑Gas qualification
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning
• Full UK driving licence or equivalent (required)
• A reliable, self‑motivated individual with a strong work ethic
