Pin Point Recruitment is working with a leading manufacturing company in Beckton, currently looking to hire a Junior Electrician to support their on-site maintenance team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently completed their Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation and is ready to begin their first full‑time role in a heavy industrial environment. You’ll gain practical experience working alongside experienced electricians and engineers in a hands‑on, fast‑paced setting.
Junior Electrician Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery
- Support electrical fault finding and repairs under supervision
- Help maintain and improve site electrical systems and infrastructure
- Take part in installation projects and upgrades
- Work to health and safety standards at all times
Junior Electrician Requirements
- Must have a Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (completed recently, ideally within the last year)
- Gold ECS Card (or in the process of obtaining one)
- A strong interest in learning and developing within an industrial setting
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to follow instructions
