A growing technology company is looking for a Senior RF Engineer to join its R&D team, working on advanced communication systems used in real-world, mission-critical environments.
The Role
- Design and develop RF circuitry at component level
- Work across simulation, schematic design, PCB layout, and testing
- Contribute to RF subsystems including transmitters, receivers, and related circuitry
- Support integration with wider hardware and system components
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimise RF performance
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in RF design and development
- Hands‑on engineering approach including lab testing and debugging
- Experience with RF simulation tools (e.g. ADS, CST, HFSS or similar)
- Comfortable working at component level rather than using pre-built modules
- Background in telecommunications or high-frequency systems
Key Requirement
- Demonstrable depth in at least one core RF area, such as:
- RF transmitters
- RF receivers
- Power amplifiers
- Frequency generation / synthesis
Salary up to £85k DOE + bonus & a strong benefits package including relocation assistance for those who need it.
