Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance, repairs and fault‑finding on Automatic Doors, Sliding, Swing and Revolving.
- Following EN16005 guidelines to ensure doors are left in a safe manor.
- Offering fantastic face‑to‑face customer service.
- Good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaising with clients and management to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Willingness to partake in the on‑call rota (approx. 1/8).
- Completing paperwork accurately and on time.
- Ensuring van stock is always kept up to requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Automatic Door industry.
- EN16005 qualification.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with industrial doors, gates or barriers would be advantageous.
